AI projects and training
Most companies are going through the motions of AI. We build the first real thing with you, train your team on their own work, and leave you with a working model.
Published prices. Named deliverables. The first step is a half day: $6,500.

How to work with us
You should not need a sales call to learn the number. Each price below is a starting price, and each one buys a deliverable you can name before you sign. Hold them up against what the licenses cost you last year.
After the first project
Not sure which side you are on? That is what the 30 minutes is for.
Thirty minutes with Michael. Bring one process that eats your team's week.
Why the scorecard didn't move
You did the sensible things.
You even have a few wins to point at. Somebody automated a report. Somebody drafts proposals faster now. Real, and all of them anecdotes.
And the company is exactly as fast as it was last year. The licenses renew either way.
None of that was a mistake. It is what happens when a new kind of tool gets treated like a software purchase. Seats do not change how work gets done. Somebody has to rebuild the work, and right now that is nobody's job.
Meanwhile you keep reading about the other kind of company. The one that ships in weeks what used to take quarters. The one where people talk about what they built last week. Some of them are smaller than you.
You already believe something bigger is possible here. You have not been able to get leverage on it.

The pattern
Two things, and neither is a bigger budget.
IllustrationSomeone at the top uses these tools personally, on real work, so the whole company can see what good looks like.
IllustrationTheir documents, their customers, their Tuesday-morning tasks. Generic prompt training does not survive the week.
Both can be taught. That is the training half of this firm, and it starts with your leadership team. The training is for your people, on the work they already do, and the point is what each of them can do afterward.

How we work
We pick one workflow that matters (quoting, intake, month-end close, whatever eats the week) and the number it should move. Then we rebuild it inside your business, with your data and your constraints.
The people who own the work are in the room from the first day. By the end, they are the ones running it.
You keep a working thing, the number it moved, and people who can run it. That last part is the difference between this and outsourcing it.
You may have found us by searching for AI consulting. That is the word people type. What you buy here is a project delivered or a team trained. Nobody here sells advice by itself, and you will not get a deck.
Who runs it
Working Model is run by Michael Cavopol. He has spent 20 years in B2B software carrying product, revenue, and P&L numbers at venture-backed and cash-flow companies (LeanKit, Ambition, XOi Technologies, Fresh Technology, Prado), which is why every project here starts from a number you already track. He has built AI products along the way. He mentors founders at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center.
“When my company changed its business model, we needed an entirely new set of financials. That is two weeks of work for a CFO and a controller. I had it by the end of a half day.
After that, the question stopped being whether this changes how companies run. It became how to get a whole team there.
I have watched a team get there. At Prado, where I ran operations, revenue, and product, our development cycle went from 60 days to under 7, and bugs fell 65%. AI was critical to both.”
Working Model is a new firm. There is no wall of client logos here, because we will not invent one. What you can check today: the record above, the prices on this page, and a first step small enough that the risk is an afternoon.
Book a 30-minute callFor Tennessee companies IWT-eligible
Tennessee's Incumbent Worker Training grant reimburses eligible companies for training the people they already employ, up to $25,000 per grant. The AI Fluency Program is built to fit it.
Your share depends on your headcount. On an $18,000 cohort, if your company is eligible and the grant is approved:
| Your company | The grant can cover | Your share |
|---|---|---|
| 50 or fewer employees | $16,200 | $1,800 (10%) |
| 51 to 100 employees | $13,500 | $4,500 (25%) |
| More than 100 employees | $9,000 | $9,000 (50%) |
Eligible: for-profit Tennessee companies, plus nonprofits in health care, in operation at least one year, with five or more full-time employees. Training has to finish by December 31 of the program year, so the calendar matters.
It is your grant and you file the application. We give you what it asks for: the curriculum, the schedule, the trainer's credentials, and the cost breakdown.

IllustrationWho it is for
It is for the CEO or owner of a company with 50 to 1,000 people. No CTO required. You believe AI should be changing how your company runs, you have spent money on it, and you are impatient that it has not. You are willing to build with the tools yourself and to put your team in the room. You want yours to be one of the companies other people read about.
It is not for you if you want a strategy document for the board.
There are good firms for that. We are the wrong one.
It is not for you if you want it done for you, with nobody from your side involved.
Without a leader who builds, it does not stick, and we would be taking your money to prove it.
IllustrationOne workflow, rebuilt, running, measured. A leadership team that builds. Then the next one. That is how a company becomes one of the ones everyone else reads about.
It starts small: 30 minutes on a call, or a half day with your leadership team. The plan you leave with is yours, whether or not we ever work together again.
